University degree, preferably economics, civil engineer or law. MBA is an advantage. |

At least 1 year of professional experience, preferably in the area of process improvement. |

English, Dutch, Spanish or French is your native language. German is an advantage. |

You are prepared to travel extensively within Europe; however, relocation is not necessary. |

You are willing to invest time in learning. |

Other requirements : you are result-oriented; you possess a lot of team spirit, a good common sense, pragmatism, a critical mind, creativity, perseverance and perfectionism; your verbal skills are outstanding; you are a good listener; you are stress resistant and you present a healthy sense of urgency. |
| Job content |
|
You operate in close collaboration with our client's first line supervision and middle management. |
|
Together with these people you identify problems and you implement efficiency improvements in the areas of work processes and management information and systems. |
|
You coach supervisors and managers in adapting a pro-active management style and in implementing savings. |
| Work environment |
|
Your working area is Western Europe. |
|
A project takes between 4 to 6 months and you will be working at the client's premises from Monday to Friday. |
|
If the project is further away than daily driving distance, you will stay in hotels, together with the rest of the team, but the weekends you will spend at home. |
|
You work intensively with a team of 2 to 6 consultants. You report directly to the project manager, who trains and coaches you. We highly value openness. |
|
You will perform project work, which means that milestones will have to be respected. This can cause high work pressure at some instances during the project, but we are proud that we are able to respect "normal working times" . |
