You are familiar with all aspects of analyzing the needs of a client, with developing improvement plans and with coaching executives. |

You develop custom-made solutions in order to generate substantial and financially measurable efficiency improvements. |
|
You develop and manage the project, based on the EffCo-methodology in close collaboration with the client and EffCo. |
|
You work closely with middle management and you coach executives on their way to change. |
|
Your main responsibility lies in the daily management of one or more project teams. |
|
You are directly accountable for the attainment of the pre-established project results, operationally as well as financially. |
|
You report frequently to the EffCo partners about the progress and the success of your projects. |
| Work environment |
|
Your working area is Western Europe. |
|
A project takes between 4 to 6 months and you will be working at the client's premises from Monday to Friday. |
|
If the project is further away than daily driving distance, you will stay in hotels together with the rest of the team, but the weekends you will spend at home. |
|
You manage teams of 2 to 6 consultants. You report directly to the EffCo partners. We highly value openness. |
|
You will perform project work, which means that milestones will have to be respected. This can cause high work pressure at some instances during the project, but we are proud that we are able to respect "normal working times". |
