You work at national level. |
 |
You are responsible for strengthening EffCo's market share by introducing EffCo's approach to the CEO's of top-500 companies. |

You will mainly be "nourished" by our telemarketers who make cold calls in order to fix first contact meetings for you, but you will also do this yourself. |
 |
You are responsible for the follow-up calls after your first contact meeting in order to fix a follow-up meeting for yourself and one of our senior consultants. |
 |
You are responsible for introducing the senior consultant in the follow-up meetings and for doing a short transition. |
 |
You continuously identify opportunities and you take immediate action. |
 |
You conduct 1 to 3 first contact meetings a day. |
 |
You are directly accountable for the conversion rate from first contact meetings into follow-up meetings and from follow-up meetings into preliminary feasibility studies. The number and the size of the projects sold will also be taken into account. Your (excellent) fee is directly linked to your performance. |
