You are capable to "catch" the prospect's attention during the first minutes of the meeting.
You are an excellent « listener » and, based on a 30-min. meeting, you are able to acquire a perfect understanding of the prospect's needs.
Counter-arguments are an extra sales opportunity for you.

You are able to clearly summarise the meeting towards the EffCo management.

You are prepared to travel frequently.

Job content
You work at national level.
You are responsible for strengthening EffCo's market share by introducing EffCo's approach to the CEO's of top-500 companies.
You will mainly be "nourished" by our telemarketers who make cold calls in order to fix first contact meetings for you, but you will also do this yourself.
You are responsible for the follow-up calls after your first contact meeting in order to fix a follow-up meeting for yourself and one of our senior consultants.
You are responsible for introducing the senior consultant in the follow-up meetings and for doing a short transition.
You continuously identify opportunities and you take immediate action.
You conduct 1 to 3 first contact meetings a day.
You are directly accountable for the conversion rate from first contact meetings into follow-up meetings and from follow-up meetings into preliminary feasibility studies. The number and the size of the projects sold will also be taken into account. Your (excellent) fee is directly linked to your performance.
Work environment
Your work consists of making phone calls and conducting first contact meetings and follow-up meetings.
You mostly work on your own or together with EffCo's senior consultants.
You discuss with executives about a high added value service, knowing that you are backed by a very professional team of extremely experienced consultants.

EffCo is constantly pursuing a close relationship with its clients. Therefore, EffCo inaugurated its new offices in Barcelona. Located centrally on the Gran Via, the new office will provide services directly to all our clients in Southern Europe.
 
EffCo has signed an important agreement with the Italian Chamber of Commerce (Camera di Commercio Italiana) to become their provider for management consulting services.
 
Alter several years of research, development and studies, the first book “Management by Mission ” has been released. At present, the book is available in Spanish, “ Dirección por Misiones ”, and from January 2006 it will be available in English.
