The EffCo-team consist of highly educated, result driven personalities, who have substantial hands-on experience in implementing efficiency improvements and cultural change in a wide range of business environments.
All our coaches are senior consultants, who have especially been recruited for their human engineering skills. As from day one of the project, they are full strategic sparring partners for the executive board and high added-value one-on-one coaches for mid management and supervisory levels.
Each consultant has one or more university degrees in Economics or Engineering and shows an impressive success track record in the field of process improvement and change management.
The EffCo-team consists of action-oriented, pragmatic, down-to-earth coaches who implement and make things happen.
Each member of our team had at least 3 years of high-level management experience before he/she joined EffCo and all our consultants are trained internally in the EffCo Methodology and Philosophy on a continuous basis.
